The Lake Norman Company properties include two of six existing restaurant sites which are located in the Mecklenburg County (southeast) area of Lake Norman.

North Harbor Place at Davidson Landing
|
Two restaurant sites are situated in this excellent location, nestled around a 117 slip marina just off I-77 at Exit 30 (Davidson). Building One houses The North Harbor Club Restaurant which is 4,000 s.f. plus an extensive patio for seating overlooking the marina. The North Harbor Club opened in mid-February, 2003. A nautical theme creates a relaxing and elegant atmosphere for enjoying a variety of delectable menu items. The Club is open from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily. On Sunday, restaurant patrons can enjoy brunch from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Dinner fare is available after 2:00 p.m. The restaurant has 16 boat slips available for customers traveling to the Club by boat. The second site, set to feature a new 13,200 s.f. building, is proposed to be a banquet and convention facility to accommodate the increasing requests for such a facility in the Lake Norman area.

WaterStreet Seaport
|
The magnificent three-mile sunset view from this restaurant site is unparalleled on Lake Norman. This waterfront outparcel is zoned to accommodate a 240-seat restaurant, overlooking a 230 slip marina. Boat slips are available for lease to this future restaurant on a priority basis.
This site is located adjacent to the new WaterStreet Seaport office building and the 348-home Vineyard Point residential development. Located only 2 miles from I-77's Exit 25, this restaurant will be the closest Lake Norman restaurant to Charlotte and thousands of new homes in the area.
