Harbors and Marinas

The Lake Norman Company owns and manages four marinas on the southeast portion of Lake Norman, located in Cornelius (17505 W. Catawba Avenue) and Davidson, just off I-77. Our lease year runs from May 1st to April 30th. Due to the popularity of our harbors, we have an active waiting list; please call Chris Van Laere at 704/892-4619 ext. 10 to inquire about availability and, if necessary, to add your name to our waiting list.

WaterStreet Seaport Marina - 80 boat slips ranging from 20' to 54', located just in front of our three-story office building and future restaurant. There are a few boat slips of various sizes available at this time. Please call 704-892-4619 to inquire about availability.

Vineyard Point Harbor - This 150 slip harbor is open to residents of Vineyard Point and Bordeaux homes. Slip sizes range from personal watercraft and 20' lengths to 36' lengths. There are a few boat slips of various sizes available at this time. Please call 704/892-4619 ext. 10 to inquire about availability.

North Harbor - This marina contains 117 boat slips ranging from 20' (personal watercraft) to 54'. Located just off I-77 at Exit 30 (Davidson Landing), this harbor is easily accessible whether traveling by vehicle or by boat. The North Harbor Club, Restaurant & Bar, which opened in February 2003, has reserved slips at North Harbor for patrons visiting by boat. There are a few boat slips of various sizes available at this time. Please call 704/892-4619 ext. 10 to inquire about availability.

South Harbor - Open to residents of Davidson Landing, this harbor is located in the southwestern quadrant of I-77 at Exit 30. The harbor contains 63 boat slips ranging from 20' to 54' in length. There are a few boat slips of various sizes available at this time. Please call 704/892-4619 ext. 10 to inquire about availability.
