North Harbor Marina

This marina contains 124 boat slips ranging from 20′ (personal watercraft) to 54′. Located just off I-77 at Exit 30 (Davidson Landing), this harbor is easily accessible whether traveling by vehicle or by boat. The North Harbor Club Restaurant & Bar, which opened in February 2003, has reserved slips at North Harbor for patrons visiting by boat.

South Harbor Marina

Convenient to residents of Davidson Landing, this harbor is located in the southwestern quadrant of I-77 at Exit 30. The harbor contains 72 boat slips ranging from 20′ to 54′ in length.

Stone Harbor Marina

This newly constructed marina contains 96 boat slips ranging from 24’ to 36’ and is located just off I-77 at Exit 30 (Davidson Landing). This marina is available to Davidson Landing residents only.

Vineyard Point Marina

This harbor is convenient to residents of Vineyard Point and Bordeaux homes. A total of 134 boat slips and 13 PWC slips, with slip sizes ranging from personal watercraft and 20′ lengths to 36′ lengths.

Military Discount:

As a thank you for serving our country, The Lake Norman Company offers a 10% discount to active military employees. This includes leases with our marinas and mini storage facilities. A valid military I D card must be presented to qualify for the discount. This discount supersedes any other offer that may be available at the time of purchase and applies to the services offered only by these facilities. The discount is reflected in the actual lease and represents a 10% reduction from the published full cost of the property.
