South Harbor Marina
Open to residents of Davidson Landing, this harbor is located in the southwestern quadrant of I-77 at Exit 30. The harbor contains 63 boat slips ranging from 20' to 54' in length. There are a few boat slips of various sizes available at this time.

Military Discount:
As a thank you for serving our country, The Lake Norman Company offers a 10% discount to active military employees. This includes leases with our marinas and mini storage facilities. A valid military I D card must be presented to qualify for the discount. This discount supersedes any other offer that may be available at the time of purchase and applies to the services offered only by these facilities. The discount is reflected in the actual lease and represents a 10% reduction from the published full cost of the property.
