This 150 slip harbor is open to residents of Vineyard Point and Bordeaux homes. Slip sizes range from personal watercraft and 20' lengths to 36' lengths. There are a few boat slips of various sizes available at this time.

Military Discount:
As a thank you for serving our country, The Lake Norman Company offers a 10% discount to active military employees. This includes leases with our marinas and mini storage facilities. A valid military I D card must be presented to qualify for the discount. This discount supersedes any other offer that may be available at the time of purchase and applies to the services offered only by these facilities. The discount is reflected in the actual lease and represents a 10% reduction from the published full cost of the property.
